When you make an appointment and drop off your INFINITI for warranty service at INFINITI OF SUITLAND, a complimentary INFINITI service loaner car will be waiting for you.


THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WITH YOUR COMPLIMENTARY LOANER

When you receive a notification that your service has been completed loaner vehicles are to be returned to INFINITI OF SUITLAND. A charge of $40.00 per day added to the repair order if not returned on time. Of course, you can contact your service consultant to make further arrangements if the vehicle cannot be returned immediately to avoid additional charges. You must be 21 years of age or older to operate a loaner due to insurance regulations. Only the person(s) listed on the loaner agreement form are eligible to operate the vehicle. A valid drivers license, valid insurance and a valid credit card are required to use an INFINITI loaner vehicle. Credit card held for incidentals. Card will not be charged.

Parking violations, traffic charges as well as damage is the responsibility of the driver of loaner vehicle. If body repair is needed, INFINITI OF SUITLAND can provide enterprise rental vehicles at the guests expense for insurance. Loaner cars are not available for any service under 90 minutes, oil changes, accident-related repairs, body damage, flood damage etc. There is no smoking in the loaner vehicle. Charges will be required for cleaning if smoke is detected. The loaner vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when picked up.

The remote start operating range is approximately 200 feet from the vehicle.

For remote start to function, the car must be in Park with the ignition off and all doors must be closed and locked.

Laws in some communities and states may restrict or forbid the use of remote starters or require a person using remote start to have the vehicle in view. Check local regulations for any requirements.

To start the vehicle remotely:

Press the LOCK button on the key fob. Then, within 5 seconds, press and hold the ENGINE START button for at least 2 seconds.

The engine will start, the parking lights will turn on and the automatic heater and air conditioning system will begin heating or cooling the vehicle depending on the outside temperature, the in-car temperature, and the last user mode. During this period, the heater and air conditioning display and buttons will not operate until the ignition switch is turned on.

INFINITI InTouch™ Services is a collection of security, convenience and concierge services that complement the INFINITI Total Ownership Experience®.

It is necessary to first subscribe to INFINITI InTouch Services in order to use the service. Once enrolled, some INFINITI InTouch Services features are also available through the companion app, and accessible from your compatible smartphone or smart device. Some of the available INFINITI InTouch Services include:

• Automatic Collision Notification, a service that generates an automatic connection between the vehicle and a live response specialist when the vehicle has been involved in an accident that was severe enough to deploy the air bags. 
• Roadside Assistance, which dispatches roadside assistance to the vehicle location. To activate, touch the Headset icon on the Navigation screen and say “Roadside Assistance”.
• Emergency Call, which connects you to a live response specialist who will assist in the dispatch of emergency services to the vehicle location. To use this feature, press the SOS button on the overhead console. The SOS button should only be used in emergency situations or in conjunction with the Roadside Assistance feature, if warranted.
• INFINITI Personal Assistant, Destination Send-to-Car and Connected Search, for navigation, searching nearby points of interest, and other assistance from a live response specialist or from the INFINITI InTouch Services app or Owner's Portal.

To access the INFINITI InTouch Services menu:

• Press the INFO button, then select INTOUCH SERVICES.

You can also access the Voice Menu directly by touching the headset icon located on the navigation screen.
