Get a complimentary INFINITI service loaner car when you drop off your INFINITI for warranty service at INFINITI OF SUITLAND

​When you make an appointment and drop off your INFINITI for warranty service at INFINITI OF SUITLAND,  a complimentary INFINITI service loaner car will be waiting for you.

Things to keep in mind with your complimentary loaner:

When you receive a notification that your service has been completed loaner vehicles are to be returned to INFINITI OF SUITLAND. A charge of $40.00 per day added to the repair order if not returned on time. Of course, you can contact your service consultant to make further arrangements if the vehicle cannot be returned immediately to avoid additional charges. 

• You must be 21 years of age or older to operate a loaner due to insurance regulations. 
• Only the person(s) listed on the loaner agreement form are eligible to operate the vehicle. 
• A valid drivers license, valid insurance and a valid credit card are required to use an INFINITI loaner vehicle. 
• Credit card held for incidentals. Card will not be charged.
• Parking violations, traffic charges as well as damage is the responsibility of the driver of loaner vehicle. 

If body repair is needed, INFINITI OF SUITLAND can provide enterprise rental vehicles at the guests expense for insurance. Loaner cars are not available for any service under 90 minutes, oil changes, accident-related repairs, body damage, flood damage ect. 

There is no smoking in the loaner vehicle. Charges will be required for cleaning if smoke is detected. 

The loaner vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when picked up.
