The INFINITI QX60 crossover offers Drive Assist Technologies with a combination of advanced cameras and radars to help detect and avoid potential hazards during your journey. Feel empowered to drive confidently with INFINITI world’s first innovations like Backup Collision Intervention, Blind Spot Intervention, Predictive Forward Collision Warning and Lane Departure Prevention. INFINITI QX60 Drive Assist Technologies (1):
Backup Collision Intervention: Backup Collision Intervention can help detect crossing vehicles and large stationary objects behind the vehicle and, if necessary, the system can automatically engage the brakes to help avoid a collision. Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection: Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection can measure the distance between you and the vehicle in front of you as well as the speed of both vehicles. If the system detects a potential frontal collision, it can alert you and can even brake to help minimize or avoid a frontal collision. Blind Spot Intervention: Blind Spot Intervention uses radar to monitor blind spot areas on either side of your vehicle. The system can alert you to a detected vehicle in your blind spot area with an indicator light and audible warning. If a vehicle is detected and you begin to change lanes, the system can help guide the vehicle back into the traveling lane. Predictive Forward Collision Warning and Forward Emergency Braking: Predictive Forward Collision Warning can help alert you if the vehicle in front of you or the vehicle in front of that one suddenly decelerates. Together with Forward Emergency Braking, the system can alert you and help respond to a potential frontal collision by automatically braking the vehicle. Lane Departure Prevention: If the vehicle detects a drift towards the lane markers, the system first sounds an audible warning, then lightly applies selected brakes to help ease your vehicle back towards its lane. 1 Available on select models. Backup Collision Intervention may not detect every object. Driver should always turn and check surroundings before driving. Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection cannot prevent all collisions and may not provide warning or braking in all conditions. Driver should monitor traffic conditions and brake as needed to prevent collisions. Blind Spot Intervention cannot prevent all collisions and may not detect every object or warn in all situations. Driver should always turn and look before changing lanes. Predictive Forward Collision Warning cannot prevent collisions. Lane Departure Prevention only operates when lane markings are detectable. See Owner’s Manual for safety information.
